Inovaci was founded in 2021 by David Joan, former senior technician at Radio 1 for over 20 years. His technical mastery and passion for live music are at the heart of the agency's identity. He is surrounded by Andy Banan, sales and marketing manager, and Aurélie Moiroud, professional DJ and sound engineer trained in Scotland.
What sets us apart is our integrated approach: we don't subcontract. Technical, decoration, logistics — everything is handled in-house, which guarantees perfect consistency between the vision and the result. Based in Mauritius, we know the venues, the local vendors and the specific constraints of the island — a local grounding combined with international standards.
